Soft stable fabric designed to dissolve in water. Use as a stabilizer or to embroider on lace or other open weave materials. Just rinse and it dissolves before your eyes! excellent results. Despite its deceptive softness, this product will support even full-front designs on fleece as well as lighter knits with light to moderate stitch count designs. Because it's made of top-quality materials using the wet-laid nondirectional process, only one layer is needed. It is also flame retardant!! This product is easy to use. Once you've cut the appropriate size, it is hooped to the wrong side of the garment and sewn. Then securely rip off the excess edges.
